What inspired and influenced artists to make art more “up-to-date” in the second half of the nineteenth century? This course explores over a century of art making and considers how Modern art ushered in a revolutionary new relationship to art making and viewing, which continues to influence us today.
Position Requirements
The successful candidate should possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field. University teaching experience is preferred.
Physical Demands Pay Grade Faculty Sessional Salary Range As per URFA Collective Agreement Status Other Work Hours
ARTH 204 is currently scheduled for Thursdays from 1730-2015 – on campus delivery.
Winter semester is Jan.6-April 12, with finals being April 15-28, 2027.
