We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in North York. The ideal candidate is confident in sales, passionate about aesthetics and skincare, and skilled at building lasting relationships with clients while helping them choose treatments that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with prospective and existing clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatments and packages.
- Promote and sell laser hair removal packages, skin rejuvenation treatments, body contouring services, and other clinic offerings.
- Convert inquiries, consultations, phone calls, emails, and social media leads into booked appointments and sales.
- Follow up with prospective clients to encourage bookings and package purchases.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Explain treatment options, pricing, package details, promotions, and financing options clearly and professionally.
- Build strong client relationships and encourage client retention and repeat business.
- Manage incoming inquiries, appointment scheduling, and client follow-ups.




- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in the clinic’s booking or CRM system.
- Work closely with the clinic team to support daily operations and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a qualified, welcoming, and client-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in medical aesthetics, laser clinics, skincare, beauty, wellness, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert leads into paying clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Confident discussing treatment packages, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective clients.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Professional presentation and a genuine interest in the aesthetics industry.
- Experience with CRM systems, appointment booking software, or clinic management platforms is an asset.
