We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Returns & Reverse Logistics Associate to join our 3PL logistics customer's team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with order picking and packing, RF scanners, returns processing, and reverse logistics. This position requires someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with logistics systems and computer technology, and able to communicate effectively with team members and customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing returned merchandise, inspecting products, updating inventory and logistics systems, and ensuring all returns are handled efficiently and according to company procedures.

Duties

- Process customer returns accurately and efficiently according to company procedures.
- Handle reverse logistics activities, including receiving, sorting, inspecting, and processing returned products.
- Use RF scanners to receive, track, locate, and update inventory.
- Previous Zebra RF scanner experience is an asset.
- Perform order picking and packing as required.
- Inspect returned products for condition, quantity, and accuracy.
- Accurately enter and update information in warehouse and logistics management systems.
- Maintain accurate records of returns, inventory movements, and product status.
- Identify discrepancies, damaged products, missing items, or incorrect shipments and report them appropriately.
- Work with various computer-based logistics and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when processing large volumes of returns.
- Organize returned merchandise and ensure products are properly routed for restocking, repacking, repair,



or other disposition.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area while following all warehouse safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments regarding returns and inventory issues.
- Work independently while also collaborating with the warehouse team to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements

- Previous experience in warehouse distribution, returns processing, reverse logistics, picking/packing, or a similar role.
- Experience using RF scanners; Zebra experience is an asset.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate logistics and warehouse management systems.
- Previous experience working with returns and reverse logistics is strongly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English.
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing approximately 20–30 lbs.

Qualifications & Skills

- Returns & Reverse Logistics: Previous hands-on experience processing and managing returned merchandise.
- RF Technology: Experience using RF scanners, preferably Zebra.
- Computer Skills: Highly computer literate with experience using warehouse/logistics systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate processing.
- Communication: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to deal with customers who come and with team members.
- Organization: Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a high-volume environment.
- Teamwork: Works effectively with supervisors and colleagues to achieve operational targets and flexible to work beyond the said duties.
