About Us: Arrow Plumbing & Heating is seeking a motivated and skilled technicians to join our growing team. We are proud to be one of Regina’s longest-standing and most trusted HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies. The ideal candidate can be either an apprentice or journeyman, with experience in residential HVAC, plumbing or electrical work, whether your background is in service, installation or both.
Role:
- Full time position focused on residential service installation, depending on your experience
- Work on HVAC, plumbing or electrical systems within your area of expertise. You do not need experience in every trade to apply.
- Work as iether a lead technician, or under the direction of a lead technician, depending on experience.
- Service or install furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps, with the prospect to work on boilers, water heaters and other HVAC equipment
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service and repair residential systems within your trade and experience
- Perform start-ups and test system functionality and safety
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Ensure all work meets local codes and manufacturer specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Utilize our software (ServiceTitan) for scheduling, dispatch and completing job documentation accurately
Qualifications:
- Apprentice or Journeyman certification in HVAC, plumbing or electrical
- Experience in residential HVAC system service or installation
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
