We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Concierge to be the welcoming face and problem solver for our facility. Duties

- Greet visitors, vendors, and team members warmly, providing outstanding customer service and assistance
- Manage access control by verifying credentials and maintaining security protocols for all entrants
- Oversee routine facilities maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting issues related to electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and building infrastructure
- Supervise maintenance staff or contractors during repairs or upgrades, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule, track, and document maintenance activities and work orders
- Monitor programmable logic controllers (PLCs)



to ensure operational efficiency of manufacturing or building systems
- Review schematics and electrical/mechanical diagrams to diagnose issues and plan repairs effectively

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments
- Robust mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical or mechanical systems
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and CMMS software is highly desirable
- Skilled in welding, electrical work, or other hands-on technical tasks preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to clearly document issues and instructions
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and facilities maintenance best practices
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team coordination
