Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will safely operate a forklift, handle materials, assist with order fulfillment, and support general warehouse operations. This position involves continuous heavy lifting and working both indoors and outdoors.

Job Duties

- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to transport, stack, and retrieve materials
- Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers
- Use RF scanners to pick, pack, and stage orders
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage
- Perform continuous heavy lifting and material handling
- Work both inside and outside the warehouse as required
- Perform general labour, cleaning, and other duties assigned by the client
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Requirements





- Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial and warehouse environment required
- Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- Strong material handling and warehouse experience
- Experience using RF scanners is preferred
- Ability to perform continuous heavy lifting
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and physically fit
- Available Monday to Friday and weekends when required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.0 – 46.0 per week
