Do you love meeting people, turning first conversations into lasting relationships, and keeping a busy office running smoothly? We're looking for an energetic, people-first Receptionist and Sales & Intake Specialist to be the first voice and face of our firm, and a key driver of our growth.

You'll be more than a receptionist. You'll often be the first person a prospective client talks to, and you'll guide them from their first call to a booked consultation. You'll listen to their needs, show them how our real estate, wills and estates, and corporate services can help, and turn enquiries into clients. You'll do this with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

- Greet every client and visitor with warmth and professionalism, whether in person, by phone, or by email
- Answer incoming enquiries, find out what each client needs, and turn leads into booked consultations
- Explain our services and pricing clearly and confidently to help prospective clients decide
- Run the intake process: collect client information, open new files, and hand clients off smoothly to our legal team
- Follow up on leads and open enquiries so no opportunity slips away
- Manage calendars, bookings, and front desk operations
- Give administrative support to lawyers and paralegals so the office runs efficiently

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills and a natural, consultative sales style
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Confidence working toward goals and targets
- Experience in reception,



customer service, sales, or client intake (legal or professional services experience is an asset)
- A positive, proactive attitude and a real wish to help people

Ideal Skill Set

- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated computer skills including data entry, document proofreading, and file management
- Experience working in a professional services office environment is highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed for correspondence and documentation
- Prior clerical or administrative experience supporting front desk operations or customer service roles
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
