Duties

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Process customer orders accurately using data entry skills while maintaining attention to detail
- Provide product information, answer questions, and assist with order customization as needed
- Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and presenting relevant options
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and delivery timelines
- Support sales efforts by analyzing customer preferences and recommending suitable solutions




- Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies on phone etiquette and customer service standards

Requirements

- Proven 2+ yrs experience in customer service or order processing roles with strong data entry skills
- Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly preferred to serve diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems/ and or management order systems
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging with a broader audience
