The Wild Rose After School Program executive committee is seeking a reliable and trustworthy person to fill our PART TIME program coordinator position. 2 days a week, possibly 3 days a week if wanting. School is 30 minutes from Prince Albert. 15 minutes from Shellbrook.

Duties and Responsibilities required for the position include:

-Maintain structure and solid leadership skills

-Be ready for duty at the school starting at dismissal at 2:30pm and ending at 6:00pm. Monday to Friday from September to June following the public school calendar.

-Ensure the well- being and safety of all children (grade 8 to kindergarten) who are enrolled in the program

-Display professionalism and maintain confidentiality inside and outside the work environment

-Display and promote a positive, welcoming, fun, and anti-bullying environment for all children in the program





-Be engaged and supervise children playing indoors (gym time, crafts, activities, etc.) and outdoors each day (weather permitting).

-Communicate daily at pick up with parents and guardians of their child's day.

-Communicate and collaborate with the program executive and immediately voice any concerns regarding the program, school, children, or families.

Requirements include:

- A Criminal Record search including a vulnerable sector check

-MUST already live in Saskatchewan and be a Canadian resident.

-First Aid and CPR level C training is preferred (grace period given to complete after being hired).
