Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse
- Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products
- Manage warehouse distribution tasks using warehouse management systems such as AS400 to track inventory movements
- Conduct heavy lifting and load & unload operations safely while adhering to safety protocols
- Support manufacturing processes by handling raw materials and finished goods with mechanical knowledge of equipment operation
- Maintain organization of warehouse space through proper storage, packaging, and inventory management




- Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment, construction-related tasks, and heavy equipment operation to optimize workflow

Requirements

- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment processes
- Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers; certification is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing or construction environments is highly desirable
- Experience with warehouse management systems such as AS400 or similar platforms for inventory control
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks consistently throughout shifts
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse protocols
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintaining an efficient work setting
