About the Role

Insta-Mix is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities, and demonstrating our paving and construction equipment solutions directly to decision-makers across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

● Field Engagement: Conduct on-site sales visits and product demonstrations at construction and industrial job sites. Participate in Trade-shows & marketing promotions as required.

● Lead Generation: Identify, target, and convert recent business opportunities across designated territories.

● Client Management: Maintain continuous communication with key accounts via personal visits, calls, and video consultations.

● Deal Closure: Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close equipment sales to meet or exceed targets.

● Social Selling & Market Strategy: Utilize social media tools to market products and target prospects, while tracking industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

● Experience:



in outside sales, specifically within the paving or construction equipment industry preferred

● Licensing: Valid Driver’s License (Required).

● Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills with a client-first problem-solving mindset.

● Social Media Literacy: Ability to leverage social platforms for prospecting and brand promotion.

● Autonomy: Highly self-motivated to work independently on the road while collaborating effectively with the internal operations team.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
