Join our dynamic automotive team as an Automotive Service Technician 310s, where your mechanical expertise and passion for vehicle repair will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. In this role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal performance. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will be essential in delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced, energetic environment that values continuous learning and teamwork.

Duties

- Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Perform repairs and maintenance including engine work, brake service, suspension, steering, and electrical systems.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to execute repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Interpret technical schematics and repair manuals to troubleshoot complex automotive problems.
- Assist with vehicle diagnostics by analyzing error codes and performing system tests to determine root causes.




- Engage in heavy lifting and physical tasks required for component replacement or assembly work while maintaining safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Requirements

- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a solid understanding of vehicle systems.
- Mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, and assembly processes.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic reports accurately.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual tasks involved in vehicle maintenance.
- Prior mechanic experience with a focus on automotive repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to the use of power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery.
- Valid certification as an Automotive Service Technician 310s or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided for qualified candidates.

Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.0 – 45.0 per week
