Duties

- Greet customers warmly and engage with them via the drive-thru window or speaker system
- Accurately take and input customer orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS
- Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently while handling cash safely and accurately
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen staff
- Manage time effectively to ensure quick service during busy periods while maintaining accuracy in order taking
- Follow all restaurant policies related to food industry regulations, sanitation,



and safety protocols

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on customer interaction
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Aloha POS or similar platforms
- Strong cashiering skills including cash handling and basic math for transactions and change calculation
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively
- Basic kitchen experience or food preparation skills are a plus but not required
- Effective communication skills to clearly take orders and interact with team members
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience

Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 42.0 per week
