Home Comfort Advisor – Residential HVAC Dartmouth, NS (Burnside office)

We are a full-service residential HVAC company operating across Nova Scotia. We are actively hiring a Home Comfort Advisor to join our sales team.

We are not a sales-only organization. We have a complete internal operation including licensed HVAC installers, electricians, and sales professionals — which is why we're able to keep up with high demand. Our focus is long-term customer relationships, honest work, and helping homeowners reduce energy costs through properly designed comfort solutions.

About the role:

Most of your selling happens on the phone, from our Burnside office, working leads we generate for you. You qualify the homeowner, understand the problem, and advise on the options — a large share of sales close on that call. When a job needs eyes on it, you go out and see the home. Consultative and education-led, focused on trust and value, not pressure tactics.

What we're looking for:

- Solid on the phone — this is where most of the job is won
- A track record of closing. Residential HVAC or heat pump sales is ideal, but we'll look just as seriously at solar, insulation, windows, roofing, water treatment, or high-ticket sales like vehicles, RVs, hot tubs or furniture
- Comfortable working on 100% commission
- Professional, customer-first approach
- Organized, accountable, and CRM-driven
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (we pay mileage)
- Self-employed contractor — you'll need an HST number
- HVAC experience is an advantage, not a requirement. No trade ticket needed.

Pay: $60,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
