Sales & Marketing Team

Plan, create, and schedule compelling, high-quality content (text, graphics, short videos) across primary social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok).

Develop social media marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and direct product inquiries.

Run schedule ads on various platforms

Engage daily with target audiences, respond to comments and direct messages, and build an active online community.

Monitor performance analytics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize content strategy based on data-driven insights.

Collaborate with internal teams to align promotional social content with product launches, events, and sales campaigns.

Generate Leads for sales team

Direct sell and promote companies product and services.

Required Experience

Experience: 2+ years of demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management, alongside proven experience managing professional social media pages.





Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency with CRM platforms

Solid working knowledge of social media management tools

Experience with visual design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and video editing apps.

Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to persuade and present effectively.

Self-Motivation: Strong organizational skills, deadline-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Focus: Genuine desire to understand customer pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
