Based in Cambridge, Ontario, we serve a wide region including Kitchener Waterloo, the GTA, and beyond, completing projects for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients, plaza owners, franchises, churches, medical buildings, and schools.

Key Responsibilities

- Install a variety of signage types, including fascia, channel letters, vinyl graphics, illuminated, and custom signs
- Accurately interpret blueprints, work orders, and installation instructions
- Prepare installation sites, which may include removing old signage and making electrical connections
- Operate trucks, trailers, aerial lifts, and other equipment safely
- Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure job site cleanliness after each project
- Conduct site surveys to gather measurements and assess installation requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges, ensuring all work meets Florence Signs’ quality standards
- Participate in the fabrication of signs, including working with metals, plastics, and LED components in the shop
- Provide courteous and professional service to clients in office

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in sign installation or a related field
- Working at Heights certification (required)
- Elevated Platform certification (preferred)
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred)
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights, in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and manual handling

What We Offer

- Competitive compensation: An hourly wage of $20 - $27/hr based on experience
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 4-8 hrs per day. Possibility of transitioning to Full-time based on performance and business need.
