Key Details

Wage: Starting wage is $22.59/hour. There is also the potential to earn an additional $10/hour with shift premiums & incentive pay for performance.

Shift premiums:

- $2.50/hour Freezer Premium
- $1.50/hour Night Shift Premium (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- $1.00/hour Weekend Premium (Friday 6:00 PM - Sunday 6:00 PM)
- $1.00 - $5.00/hour Incentive Pay for exceeding productivity targets

Requirements:

- Actually enjoy working in cooler temperatures and freezer environments
- Can work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends
- Are physically capable of lifting 10-60 lbs continuously throughout their shift
- Are comfortable working in temperatures as low as-32°C
- Have reliable transportation (no public transit access to the facility)
- Can work independently while meeting productivity targets
- Are dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Have strong English communication skills
- Can successfully complete a criminal record check

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Working in the freezer daily while volume permits
- Accurately selecting and palletizing grocery products
- Building secure, quality pallets
- Operating material handling equipment
- Following a "Clean As You Go" approach
- Supporting general warehouse operations as required
- Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
- Other duties as assigned

Working in the Freezer

Our freezer team is a critical part of our operation.

- TCL provides all required freezer PPE
- Earn an additional $2.50/hour for time worked in the freezer
- Stay active throughout the shift




- Work alongside a team that takes pride in accuracy, productivity, and safety

This role is ideal for individuals who prefer cooler work environments and are looking for a physically active position with opportunities to earn additional income.

When freezer order volumes permit, team members may be assigned to support other warehouse functions and temperature zones as needed. This may include order picking, palletizing, shipping, receiving, or other operational tasks to help ensure customer orders are completed safely, accurately, and on time.

We are looking for team members who enjoy working in the freezer environment while remaining versatile and willing to support the broader operation when required.
