About the Role: We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented

Food Service Supervisor to join our team at the Stone Church Road location! Our branch prides itself on fast, fresh food, a spotless environment, and top-tier customer service. As a Supervisor, you will lead by example, managing daily operations, guiding our crew, and ensuring every guest leaves with a great impression.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Training & Compliance: Train staff in job duties, sanitation protocols, and workplace safety procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all pitas and sides meet Pita Pit’s high standards of quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Inventory Control: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for daily operations; manage stock rotation (FIFO) and minimize wastage.
- Customer Excellence: Maintain the friendly, welcoming atmosphere our location is known for; professionally resolve customer inquiries or service issues.




- Operational Reporting: Maintain a record of stock, sales, and food waste, and ensure the restaurant remains fully clean and compliant with Ontario health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-casual restaurant or food service environment is highly preferred.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Valid Food Handler Certification is required (or must be obtained before starting).
- Skills: Excellent communication and multitasking abilities; comfortable handling cash and using a POS system in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must have flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, mid-days, closing shifts, and weekends.
- Must Have Excellent Customer Service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.25 per hour
