Responsibilities
- Operate Bobcat skid-steer loaders, blades, and other heavy equipment safely and effectively across various construction sites.
- Perform grading, leveling, backfilling, and site preparation tasks with precision using blades and skidsteer.
- Run equipment such as dozers, skidsteer and excavator to support excavation, septic, demolition and site development activities.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating Bobcat skid-steer loaders, dozers, and other heavy equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge sufficient to perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machinery.
- Strong understanding of construction processes including grading, excavation, and site preparation.
- Prior construction experience demonstrating familiarity with heavy machinery operation in a commercial setting.
