Primary Purpose of Position
The IT Manager provides both strategic support and operational leadership for IT across the overseas platform, including Meridian BU, Diamond BU, and other global entities. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective operation, optimization, and governance of IT infrastructure, ERP, business systems, and digital tools, enabling operational efficiency, cross-business integration, and data-driven decision-making.
The IT Manager will support digital transformation initiatives, oversee IT operations for multiple business units, and ensure IT services are aligned with business and corporate objectives.
Major Responsibilities of Position
IT Strategy & Governance
- Support the IT leadership team in executing global IT strategy.
- Assist in establishing IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks across subsidiaries.
- Ensure cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Business Systems & Digitalization
- Oversee ERP, MES, CRM, BI, and operational systems across subsidiaries.
- Support process standardization, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives.
- Participate in system upgrades, business requirement gathering, and digital transformation projects.
IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud, and endpoint systems.
- Ensure reliable, stable, and secure IT service delivery.
- Oversee IT support and helpdesk operations, ensuring SLA compliance.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Support development of dashboards and KPIs for operational and business performance.
- Improve reporting efficiency through system optimization and automation.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting for business decision-making.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and support IT staff across assigned locations and subsidiaries.
- Coordinate IT initiatives with business functions including Finance, Operations,
Supply Chain, and HR.
- Promote collaboration and continuous improvement within IT teams.
Vendor & Project Management
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and consultants; monitor performance and SLAs.
- Support ERP implementations, system upgrades, migrations, and IT projects.
Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide regular IT operation updates and performance reports to IT leadership.
- Ensure IT initiatives align with business priorities and corporate direction.
Travel & In office Support
- Provide on-site IT support across subsidiaries as required.
- Work with local teams and regional stakeholders to support IT operations and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7–10+ years of IT experience, including leadership or supervisory experience in multinational environments.
- Experience with ERP, MES, CRM, BI systems, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
- Experience supporting multiple business units or multi-site IT environments is an asset.
- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin or other languages are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and business analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Possession of a valid G-Class Driver’s License or equivalent.
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
