We are actively seeking qualified Red Seal Maintenance Millwrights to join our dynamic team, with opportunities for relocation to British Columbia or Alberta. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex machinery within manufacturing or industrial environments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mechanical background, industrial electrician experience, and a proactive approach to maintenance excellence. This position offers an engaging work environment where safety, precision, and efficiency are paramount, supporting the continuous operation of our production facilities.

Duties

- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a wide range of mechanical equipment conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics ,
- Troubleshoot issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes efficiently.
- Conduct welding repairs and boiler maintenance as required to ensure operational safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Assist with installation, alignment, and commissioning of new machinery or upgrades.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with electrical systems, HVAC units, and mechanical components.

Skills

- Proven experience as a Millwright with a valid Red Seal certifications
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.




- Skilled in welding techniques, mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and analysis data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Sawmill or pulp and paper experience would be considered an asset

Pay: $50.00-$52.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
