We are looking for a full time production baker to join our commissary kitchen. Come work with us!

Work includes:

- Preparing, packing & organizing orders for our 4 cafes
- What you'll be making: muffin batters, scone mix, cookie dough, bars, loaves, double baked croissants, sauces & syrups
- What you should know about these items: they can be heavy, some require scooping, most are made in large format mixers
- Cleaning required: keeping your space organized and tidy should come naturally, dishes with a commercial dishwasher, doing a full wipe down including floors at the end of every shift

Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years baking experience in a commercial kitchen
- Experience in a production bakery is an asset
- Food Safe certification is required
- Able to lift heavy objects (up to 30 kg)
- Weekday and weekend availability

- Do not mind some repetitiveness in tasks
