General Labour and Cleaner work available in the Brantford area for a major distribution company!!!
JOB SPECIFICATION:
o Cutting open bags of cocoa. Pushing/pushing to completely empty into
Hopper. Will be working on a elevated hopper which is 12 ft off the ground.
o Be able to continuously move bags of cocoa/coffee weighting up to 65 kilos.
o Working in a two-man team
o Tasks will rotate as required so that you’re not perform the same functions for prolonged periods
o Must be able to work at brisk pace, on your feet for most of the shift
o Require strong upper body mobility and free from any pre upper body injuries
o Safety Boots are mandatory. Will be required to wear fall restraint belt, cut resistant sleeve, gloves and apron. All to be provided by Pacorini.
o Some maintenance functions required, sweeping floors, clearing garbage, etc.
o Training will be provided
REQUIRED:
- Warehouse Experience
- Lifting required up to 25-50 pounds
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to listen and follow instructions
- Safety Shoes Required and must wear Personal Protective Equipment provided
