Part time Clinic Administrator — Thursday Evenings

Schedule: Primarily Thursday evenings, approximately 4.5 hours per shift

Elit Care is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation and wellness clinic looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to support our front desk and evening clinic operations.

This is a small, consistent weekly commitment suited to someone who enjoys working with people and keeping a busy clinic running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and answer questions about our services.
- Answer phone calls and assist with client inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage booking changes.
- Process payments and assist with billing.
- Communicate with practitioners to support a smooth client experience.
- Handle clinic laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting linens away.
- Complete evening cleaning and closing duties, including vacuuming and mopping the gym floor, wiping surfaces, and keeping shared spaces tidy.

Please note: Cleaning and laundry are regular parts of this role, alongside administrative responsibilities.





What we’re looking for

- Consistent availability on Thursday evenings.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Friendly, professional communication and strong attention to detail.
- Comfort using computers and learning scheduling and billing software.
- Willingness to take initiative with both front-desk tasks and clinic upkeep.
- Previous reception, customer service, or clinic experience is an asset. Experience with Jane App is a bonus.

Location and commute

We especially encourage applicants from the Canary District, Distillery District, Corktown, and nearby neighbourhoods. Given the short evening shifts, a manageable commute and the ability to arrive consistently on time are important.
