Barista – Café Plenty

Café Plenty is a women-run Toronto café serving healthy-ish comfort food and great coffee, with a focus on creating a warm, welcoming experience for our customers. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Barista to join our PATH location near King Station.

Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Applicants must be available to work within these hours.

What We’re Looking For

- Solid customer service skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Bar, barista, or café experience is an asset
- Previous Square POS experience is an asset
- Valid Food Handler Certification is required and must be presented upon hiring

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Operate Square POS and process transactions
- Provide friendly, productive customer service
- Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and customer areas clean and organized
- Assist with food preparation and service as needed
- Follow all food safety and handling standards
- Work efficiently during busy periods

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.95-$19.50 per hour

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
