Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, billing, quotations, returns, damages, and general account support.
- Enter, modify, track, and expedite customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate with customers through email, phone, chat, and online ordering platforms.
- Research order issues and coordinate with internal departments to identify timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and account information in company systems.
- Support a positive customer experience through professional communication and sound judgment.
