About the Position

Our growing Truck & Trailer Repair Shop in London, ON is looking for a Third Year 310T Apprentice to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice looking to build their skills, gain hands-on experience, and continue progressing toward their 310T license.

You’ll work alongside experienced technicians in a fast paced shop workplace and gain experience working on a wide variety of trucks and trailers.

What We Do

Our shop specializes in:

- Fleet maintenance and repairs
- Truck and trailer structural repairs
- Welding and fabrication
- Hydraulic liftgate installation and repair
- Warranty repairs for truck body manufacturers and liftgates
- Preventative maintenance and safety inspections

Key Responsibilities

Working under the guidance of experienced technicians, you will:

- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers
- Perform maintenance and repairs appropriate to your level of training
- Assist with diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance or safety concerns
- Repair and replace components as directed
- Assist with brake, suspension, electrical, and mechanical repairs
- Gain hands-on experience with hydraulic liftgates
- Develop welding and fabrication skills
- Use technical manuals, diagrams, and diagnostic equipment
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Follow all company and workplace safety procedures




- Continue developing your technical skills and knowledge through hands-on training

What We're Looking For

- Registered 310T Apprentice – Second or Third Year
- Valid Class G Driver’s License
- Strong interest in the truck and trailer repair industry
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Welding experience is an asset

Compensation & Schedule

- Competitive pay based on experience and apprenticeship level $24-$30/hour
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Afternoon shifts can be discussed
- Occasional Saturday shifts, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 44 hours per week

Education

- Grade 12 or equivalent preferred
- Registered Ontario 310T Apprenticeship
