We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring dishes meet quality standards before delivery
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing exceptional guest services




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and timely order fulfillment
- Engage with guests to gather feedback, address concerns promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
- Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and promote guest satisfaction
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
