We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teachers to join our team. Positions available for piano, voice, violin and theory. As one of our teachers, you will play a crucial role in educating and nurturing children in our studio. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on young minds and help shape their future. The successful candidate will have experience teaching children, a track record of high student achievement, and reliable transportation.

Your Responsibilities:

- Teacher according to Synergy standards by creating a safe and inclusive learning workplace for all students
- Have some theory certification
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with diverse learning needs
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons and activities to build students' interest in singing
- Encourage students to practice regularly
- Asses student progress and provide constructive feedback during lessons and communicate effectively both with parent and student




- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible learning outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance

Experience:

- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred

- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices

- Experience and knowledge of the RCM curriculum

- Candidates with multiple instruments preferred

Qualifications:

- must have experience with the RCM curriculum

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children

The candidate must be available for in-person lessons at the Mountainash (East) Academy or both of our Brampton academies. Current positions hiring for Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
