We are looking for a motivated and organized Dispatcher/Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this rapid-paced role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, answering phone calls, collecting essential customer information, and dispatching the appropriate locksmith technician to complete the job. Strong sales and customer service skills are crucial, as you will need to handle inquiries efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Collect and input customer details quickly and accurately into the system
- Dispatch technicians based on location and job type, ensuring timely service
- Provide quotes, explain services, and offer solutions to potential customers
- Maintain communication with technicians to track job status and update customers
- Handle multiple tasks at once in a quick-paced environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns

Qualifications:





- Strong sales and communication skills, with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Previous customer service or dispatch experience is required
- Post-secondary education is an asset but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
