The Role
We are expanding our finishing department and are seeking a reliable Sander/Spray Finisher to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Sand and prepare doors, panels, and custom wood components for finishing
- Apply stains, paints, toners, lacquer, and clear coating
- Perform finish touch-ups and quality control checks
- Maintain spray booth, tools, and finishing area cleanliness
- Work collaboratively with lead finisher and production team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in cabinet or millwork finishing (preferred)
- Working knowledge of spray equipment and coating systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow finishing instructions
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting materials
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
