We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Registered Social Worker (MSW or PhD level) with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in individual or couples therapy to join our new location in Oakville!

The ideal candidate will be/have:

- Passionate about the art of therapy
- Grounded in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed care
- Eager to work with sex and relationships (or has specialized training in these areas)
- Growth-oriented — dedicated to both personal and professional evolution
- Available for a minimum of 10 hours/week (with flexibility to grow)
- Able to offer evenings, or weekends to meet client needs
- A collaborative teammate who thrives in a supportive group setting
- Committed to compassionate, inclusive, and ethical practice
- Bonus Training: EMDR, IFS, SE,, sex therapy, or couples therapy are all assets!

Key Responsibilities

- Offer compassionate, evidence-informed therapy to individuals and partners, grounded in relational and trauma-aware approaches.
- Collaboratively assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and support clients in their healing and growth journeys.
- Maintain timely and ethical clinical documentation in alignment with regulatory college standards and best practices.
