We're expanding and looking for someone to join our dynamic team as a Receptionist. This energetic role is vital in creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and staff alike. As a Receptionist, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service. Duties

- Greet visitors, clients, and patients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, and managing correspondence to support daily office functions
- Assist with appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings to facilitate seamless communication within the organization
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring positive interactions at all times





Requirements

- Clerical or administrative experience in a Veterinary Hospital is an asset
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette is highly desirable
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail for proofreading and document management
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style
