We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our Dairy Queen team! As a Crew Member, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service and helping us create a positive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take customer orders accurately and process cash, debit, and credit payments
- Prepare food, Blizzards, soft-serve treats, beverages, and other menu items according to Dairy Queen standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, counters, and equipment
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed
- Work cooperatively with other team members and assist wherever needed
- Follow company policies and Dairy Queen operating standards

Qualifications





- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but training will be provided
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
