Cohen Highley LLP is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Multi-Residential Housing Department. This position will fill an upcoming vacancy. Candidates must have strong employment references and a keen interest in growing their practice.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience preparing applications, evidence, and supporting documentation for proceedings before the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB).
- Proven experience representing clients and attending hearings before the Landlord and Tenant Board.
- Licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and Landlord and Tenant Board processes and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, tenants, landlords, and tribunal officials.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $68,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
