Higgins Hardscape is currently looking to add a Winter Sidewalk Tractor Operator to grow with us as a team member. This position requires on-call availability 24/7.

Responsibilities:

- Operate snow removal equipment to clear snow from designated areas.
- Apply salt or de-icing materials to prevent ice build-up.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust snow removal techniques as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Maintain records of work performed and materials used.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years or older
- Physically fit and able to work in cold and all-weather conditions




- Employees must be available 24/7 during winter months
- Experience is a plus but not necessary—we will train you!
- Must be reliable and punctual. Drivers license abstract is required for all driving employees.
