Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at the counter or seating area
- Take orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and process transactions with cash handling and basic math skills
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffee, tea, sandwiches, and snacks, adhering to food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure timely delivery of fresh menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction




- Support team members with serving duties or other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or barista roles is highly desirable along with supervisory experience
- Familiarity with POS systems such as S quarePOS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in food preparation or serving within the food industry is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.95 per hour
