Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale)
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food handling, and during food preparation
- Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality guest service




- Ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards and sanitation regulations
- Cleaning after shift completion is part of the job

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving procedures and guest interactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with food handling, sanitation, and basic math for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that enhances the guest experience
- Familiarity with food industry standards including food safety, food preparation, and hospitality principles
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a busy restaurant setting while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to work late closing hours

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
