Looking for a flexible way to earn extra income?

We’re looking for outgoing, motivated people to help us find new residential and commercial renovation projects throughout the GTA.

Your role is simple: find someone who needs renovation or construction work and connect them with our General Contractor.

You find the chance and arrange the appointment. We handle everything from there — meeting the client, assessing the project, preparing the quote and closing the job.

Work on Your Own Schedule

There are no set hours. Work as much or as little as you want, around your existing job, family or other commitments.

This can be a side hustle for extra income or something you choose to pursue more seriously.

How You Get Paid

When a client you bring to us hires our company and their project is completed and paid for, you earn 5% of the project value before HST.

- $10,000 project → $500




- $25,000 project → $1,250
- $50,000 project → $2,500
- $100,000 project → $5,000

No cap on commissions.

You can find opportunities through your own network, referrals, networking, cold outreach, realtors, property managers, homeowners, business owners or anywhere else you identify someone who needs renovation or construction work.

No construction estimating or project management experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is personable, comfortable talking to people, self-motivated and good at making connections.
