We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations at our client's manufacturing facility close to Woodbridge, ON

Pay - $130k to $150k

Shift - Days

Responsibilities:-

- Lead maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing facilities.

- Ensure equipment reliability, uptime, and smooth production.

- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

- Lead and develop maintenance technicians, apprentices, and contractors.

- Troubleshoot and maintain automated equipment, including PLCs, robotics, VFDs, servo systems, conveyors, and packaging equipment.

- Use Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and reliability practices to reduce equipment failures.

- Manage CMMS, work orders, maintenance schedules, and reporting.

- Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, spare parts, and costs.

- Support equipment installations, upgrades, capital projects, and commissioning.

- Work with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve equipment performance.





- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, GMP, and BRC requirements.

Qualifications:-

- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- 8 10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, preferably food, CPG, or automated manufacturing.

- Experience managing multi-site maintenance operations is an asset.

- Strong knowledge of PLCs, robotics, automation, VFDs, electrical, and mechanical systems.

- Experience with CMMS and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

- Experience with capital projects, equipment installation, and commissioning.

- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRC, and workplace safety.

- 442A, 309A, 433A, or equivalent trade certification is an asset.

- Solid leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
