Position 1: Psychotherapist Responsibilities

- Conduct client assessments and identify treatment needs and goals.
- Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans.
- Provide individual psychotherapy and counselling within your professional scope of practice.
- Support clients experiencing mental health, emotional, behavioural, adjustment, stress-related, or other appropriate concerns.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate, timely and confidential clinical documentation.
- Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate and with client consent.
- Follow applicable professional standards, privacy requirements and clinic policies.
- Participate in developing and maintaining a sustainable caseload.

Qualifications

- Registered with an appropriate Ontario regulatory college permitting the practice of psychotherapy.
- Professional liability insurance as required by your regulatory college.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in private practice, rehabilitation, mental health or community healthcare is an asset.

Position 2: Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)Responsibilities





- Complete client assessments and establish appropriate massage therapy treatment plans.
- Provide protected, client-centred and evidence-informed massage therapy.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
- Educate clients regarding appropriate self-management strategies within the RMT scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
- Maintain professional, privacy, infection-prevention and regulatory standards.
- Participate in developing and maintaining a sustainable caseload.

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Excellent communication and client-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.

- Registered Massage therapist and psychotherapist with at least 1 year of clinic or home care experience

- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a welcoming environment for all clients.
