This position is for our Freedom Mobile location in Medicine Hat, Alberta.

Position

Retail Sales Consultant – Freedom Mobile

Full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and identify their needs
- Recommend and explain wireless products, plans and services
- Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Enter and process customer orders and activations
- Monitor inventory and ensure products are properly maintained and available
- Investigate and assist with resolving customer concerns
- Proactively identify opportunities to generate additional sales

Qualifications

- Previous experience in sales, customer service or a related field is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based compensation
