We're opening a bistro where French culinary technique meets the depth of Chinese flavours — not fusion as a gimmick, but a genuine conversation between two great food cultures. We're hiring two line cooks to join our founding kitchen team.

This isn't just a line cook job. It's a path.
We're deliberately not hiring a head chef from the outside. Our plan is to build the kitchen with the right people — and promote our future Head Chef from within the team. If you have the skill, the drive, and the vision, that role could be yours.

What you'll do

- Work hands-on across all stations, prep through service
- Help develop and refine a menu where French foundations meet Chinese ingredients, techniques, and philosophy
- Have a real voice in building a brand-recent kitchen: systems, suppliers, standards — from day one

Who we're looking for

- 3+ years of professional kitchen experience
- Graduate of a recognized culinary program (strongly preferred)




- Solid French culinary foundation: sauce work, knife skills, kitchen discipline
- A genuine love for Eastern food culture — you eat it, you study it, you want to cook it
- Bistro or casual fine-dining experience; comfortable in a small, high-energy kitchen
- Strong communicator and team player; steady under pressure

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 48.0 per week
