Join our brand-new, modern massage therapy clinic located inside Merivale Mall as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)! We are opening our doors soon in a vibrant, high-traffic shopping mall with custom-built treatment rooms, hydraulic tables, and a bright, professional environment.

Situated in a prime location with ample free parking for both staff and clients, our clinic offers high visibility and steady walk-in traffic to help build your client base quickly. Whether you are an experienced therapist or a new graduate, we take care of all the administration—providing full reception support, online booking (Jane App), premium supplies, laundry service, and active marketing—so you can focus entirely on delivering exceptional client care.

Duties

- Deliver high-quality massage therapy sessions to clients, addressing their specific health concerns and preferences
- Assess client needs through consultations, listening attentively to ensure personalized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, progress notes, and client feedback
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or lifestyle adjustments
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in all treatment areas to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment plans, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions




- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements for licensed massage therapists

Qualifications

- Active registration in good standing with the CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario)
- Proven knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions treated through massage therapy
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain procedures and build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in massage therapy practices
