Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Conveyancer with 8+ years experience. MUST be able to run 30-40 files per month from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end conveyancing processes for residential and commercial property transactions
- Draft and review legal documents related to property transfers, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct analysis of title deeds, land registry records, and other relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
- Organize and maintain filing systems for all transaction documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, tracking deadlines, and coordinating appointments




- Ensure all legal procedures adhere to current laws and regulations governing property transactions
- Support junior team members with training and guidance on conveyancing procedures
