Responsibilities

- Lead bakery staff in preparing, baking, decorating, and packaging a variety of baked goods, including cakes, bread, pastries, and specialty items
- Oversee daily bakery operations ensuring adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain equipment to ensure smooth production flow
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, offering product recommendations, and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Implement creative cake decorating techniques for custom orders while maintaining consistency and quality
- Train team members in food preparation, kitchen safety practices,



and bakery procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area in compliance with health regulations

Qualifications

- Proven experience in baking, mixing, proofing & food preparation within a bakery or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
- Hands-on experience with kitchen equipment, baking tools, and packaging materials
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for quality control and hygiene practices
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of bakery operations

Pay: $30.11-$35.12 per hour
