Multi-year project with opportunities closer to home

Path2Zero is a multi-year expansion and retrofit at Dow's existing Fort Saskatchewan manufacturing site in Alberta's Industrial Heartland.

The project's multi-year construction schedule creates ongoing workforce needs for participating contractors and opportunities for qualified tradespeople based in the region.

How this works

Confluence provides administrative candidate-sourcing support for the independent contractors performing construction work on Path2Zero. With consent, Confluence will collect applications and resumes of qualified tradespeople and provide it to one or more participating contractors for their review. Neither Dow nor Confluence is offering employment through this posting.

Dow owns the project, but each contractor is solely responsible for its own recruitment, hiring decisions, employment offers, pay, supervision and employment terms, subject to any applicable collective agreement.

Apply through this posting to be considered by participating contractors. Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview or employment. Any employment relationship will be solely between the successful applicant and the hiring contractor.

What you would be building

The project is intended to create an integrated ethylene cracker and derivatives site with net-zero Scope 1 and 2 carbon dioxide emissions.
