Company Overview
Oppizi is an offline marketing company specializing in face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns. We are currently hiring energetic and reliable Brand Ambassadors to support our upcoming Back-to-School 2026 campaign in Hamilton.

You’ll represent well-known brands such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other leading consumer brands, engaging directly with students and passers-by in high-traffic areas across Hamilton.

About the Role
This is not a traditional retail or cashier job. You'll book short 3-hour shifts through the Oppizi app, take one or two per day, and fit them around your schedule. We have missions available every day, Monday to Friday, so you decide how much you work.

We're looking for confident, outgoing people who enjoy starting conversations, promoting offers and working toward clear performance goals. If you have experience in direct sales, field marketing, fundraising, events, street teams or lead generation, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

- Approach and engage students and passers-by in high-foot-traffic areas
- Introduce promotional offers and distribute flyers with QR codes
- Deliver a clear and engaging 30-second pitch
- Handle questions and objections professionally
- Work toward daily scan, sign-up and redemption targets
- Track your performance through the Oppizi mobile app
- Share feedback with your City Manager regarding locations and campaign performance
- Represent Oppizi and our partner brands professionally

Requirements

- 6+ months of experience in direct sales, field marketing, fundraising, events, lead generation,



street teams, or outbound sales.
- Comfortable approaching strangers continuously during a 3-hour shift.
- Confident handling rejection and engaging with different types of people.
- Comfortable standing and walking outdoors for extended periods.
- Smartphone with mobile data (iOS or Android).
- Reliable, punctual, and target-oriented.
- Fluent English communication skills.

Compensation

- $23/hour, with each mission lasting 3 hours = $69 per mission
- + $7 punctuality bonus for arriving on time to your missions
- + Commission for every conversion, so the more you engage, the more you earn

Schedule

- Missions of 3 hours; take 1 or 2 per day
- Missions available Monday to Friday, with morning, day and evening options
- Weekends as needed
- 4-week seasonal contract

Location
Hamilton, ON: High-traffic areas, university campuses, and student-focused locations across Hamilton.
