Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Supervised Behavioral Therapist to join our energetic team. In this role, you will work directly with children, implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans under supervision. Your energetic approach will help foster positive growth, support patient care, and contribute to meaningful progress in each child's development.

Responsibilities

- Implement behavioral therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs, following established protocols and supervision guidelines
- Collect and document data on client behaviors, progress, and treatment outcomes accurately and consistently
- Support children during therapy sessions by engaging them in activities that promote social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Collaborate with team members, families, and caregivers to ensure cohesive support strategies and share progress updates
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment during all therapy sessions,



adhering to safety protocols and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training related to special education techniques, medical terminology, and patient care procedures

Qualifications

- Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of patient care practices within a clinical or educational context
- Excellent data collection skills for tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a hospital or pediatric setting is a plus.

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
