Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager of Technical Operations, the main responsibilities of these positions will include, but are not limited, to the following:

- Collaborating with other developers, customer support, and managers to create and support applications
- Conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting software application issues.
- Prototyping, Designing and Developing complex Client/Server Web Applications
- Preparing and creating of Technical Specifications, Development Procedures, Unit Tests and Design Documentation
- Designing and developing data interfaces to back-end systems
- Designing and developing of data exports, reports, and published catalogues
- Writing and designing advanced SQL queries
- Using version control systems

‍Desirable Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- >3 years’ experience in software development
- >2 years’ experience with Microsoft C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework Core, Web API, and SQL database
- Experience with Web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, REST, etc.)
- Strong technical and debugging skills
- Ability to present and communicate ideas well‍
- Ability to work as a team member within a diverse team environment
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment




- Ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Ability to identify and prioritize tasks that will meet objectives and milestones
- Desire and ability to learn the industry subject matter and relate it to the customer needs

‍Mandatory Requirements

- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid Canadian passport
